Hi friends! I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful holiday with your families & loved ones. At the Lottery House, we’ve been consumed with a flurry of activity – entertaining out-of-town family and preparing for my first day at Zale! Of course, my mom and I made time today to engage in our annual post-Christmas shopping extravaganza. Pottery Barn had some great clearance finds, including a $15 faux amaryllis, potted in mercury glass. It’s not available online, but the pricier and swankier version of the faux amaryllis is.
My favorite finds were of the clothing variety and in keeping with my new-found neon obsession. We picked up this Harajuku Mini tee for Livi at Target, and if I could have found a way to jam my grown-up sized body into this kid’s tee, I would have been IN.
Luckily, I found a similar (and adult-sized version) from American Eagle. In stores, it was just $19.99.
And for Christmas, my friends, I finally acquired a copy of Grace Bonney’s Design Sponge at Home. Now I’m just waiting for the perfect time to dive in and visually devour each and every page. Yum.
I’ll be continuing my blogging vacation until the New Year, to leave plenty of time for family and for getting into the swing of things at the new J-O-B! So here’s hoping you’ll have a safe and happy New Year’s, and wishing you lots of blessings in the coming year.
