You might say we like to take it slow when it comes to renovation. I’m a notorious penny pincher (and a little bit crazy), so project timelines always seem to have holiday-waistband syndrome – as in, out of control expansion. Sidenote: many of our rooms don’t have “Before” photos, and there’s a pretty crummy reason for it (other than my photography skills). Our house was robbed last year, and my old DSLR and external hard drive with all our family photos disappeared. So although many of the pics are “Nows”, you can rest assured that there’s still plenty of change to come. We’re still searching for some old-school printed photos of the house when we first moved in, and if I can dig any up, I’ll be sure to share.

Wow! I can’t believe we’ve come this far…I know we’ve got loads more to do under your careful eye
Always a pleasure and adventure to work with you!
We’ll get it done the same way one eats an elephant…One bite at a time..
Just checked your blog out and it’s so fun! I’ll have to add it to my reader. You definitely have a great gift for decor and writing, Andrea!
Looking forward to reading more!

i cannot stop laughing at that painting of a man in your before picture in the master bedroom!! i had only heard about it from Tony loll Everything looks so awesome!! love the master bathroom!
He is super weird! He got the boot from the bedroom and he’s shoved behind a dresser in the guest room… but you never know, he might make a great wedding present for someone!
